This is the third time I've taken part in this friendly race, which is open to everyone! This year, all the ingredients were there to make it an epic experience, with snow and mud on the menu! Superbly organised and well-marked course. I'd recommend the 31 km to all runners who like to alternate between road and track. and trail; do it again!

I did the 18km and enjoyed it immensely, as it was a great way to see Lausanne while running. There were lots of climbs and descents, which is ideal as training for this summer's trails. The organisation was impeccable and the volunteers were top notch! Looking forward to Perhaps come back next year for a longer format and try the 31km.

Discovering the 18k format last year, through a varied route. Between the lakeside, the stairs and the paths of Sauvabelin, you'll enjoy crossing Lausanne before heading back down to the Couvertin stadium to cross the arch. This is a quality Urbantrail, so don't forget to bring good equipment. shoes because some of the course can be muddy. This year I'm going for the 31k because of the quality of the organisation.
