A passionate thirtysomething and a master cheesemaker by trade, Raphaël embodies the perfect blend of a love for the mountains and the richness of the land. With over ten years of experience in cheesemaking, mountain pasture dairying, and cheese aging cellars, he chose in 2024 to broaden his horizons by training as a mountain guide.

For Raphaël, walking is the best way to reconnect the public with the earth and to highlight the ancestral know-how of the women and men who keep our regions alive. Through his project, he actively commits to the ecological transition and raising consumer awareness, guided by a saying close to his heart: «We protect what we know.»
