La Néphaz: 33km trail, 1300m total ascent.
Le Lénard: 18km trail, 600m ascent.
La Vergone: 9km trail, 300m total ascent.
Walk: 13km with 450m of ascent.
Walk: 8 km with 260 m ascent.
