Opinions on the 36KM :

An excellent initiative by the organisers: a new 36 km distance has been added to the 24 and 54 km distances.

With 2,700 metres of ascent, this demanding route is as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the legs, thanks to the diversity of the route and the superb scenery of the Gruyère region. Congratulations on this novelty, which is the perfect addition to the Gruyère Trail Charmey. I really enjoyed the route and would definitely do it again!

Surprising trail!! on paper 24kms/1500 of D+, nothing insurmountable...

But in the end, with a 750 D+ over the first 5 km that gets you right into it, and a crazy atmosphere on the passage through Vounetz before attacking the descent, alternating on all surfaces. In short, a great trail!Proven, technical and superbly organised.

Well done to the organisers and the great volunteers.

What a surprise! On paper, there were no major difficulties, but the terrain was quite different. The first tough climb had 750D+ for 5km before arriving in Vounetz and its crazy atmosphere. First food stop before heading back up and down through the mountain pastures.

Last climb to Vounetz before doing thea bascule and start the final descent on a variety of surfaces (single track, fields, tarmac, gravel and even shavings). Once in the village, the famous staircase above the road to finish off the thighs, before passing the arch.

In the end, it was a demanding but very enjoyable trail, superbly organised with, once again, outstanding volunteers! A super original souvenir prize (pepper mill).
