Lausanne Crossformerly known as Cross de Vidy and Cross International de Lausanne, is a cross-country competition designed to promote this winter sport in French-speaking Switzerland. Located on the shores of Lake Geneva in the Parc du Bourget, the Cross attracts both the Swiss elite and a growing number of amateur runners.
The Route :
This Cross offers a flat, rolling 1km loop, suitable for spiked shoes or shoes with a good profile to provide a dynamic running experience. For younger participants, the course is 500 metres long.
The event brings together participants from all categories, from children to popular runners, as well as the elite. The competition traditionally concludes with a popular grand final.
