On Sunday 28 June, the Léman Running community began a series of activities called "J'irai courir/rando chez toi". The idea is appealing: members of our community accompany us as we explore their favourite trails. For this first edition, Valérie and Frédéric have brilliantly fulfilled their role as guides. We were joined by the dynamic members of the Vallée de Joux jogging club, who enabled us to form a third group suited to different levels of fitness. It was a race for everyone, from beginners to experienced trail runners, over a 10km course with a 350-metre gradient. Despite the lack of snow, there was plenty of sunshine and good humour. These monthly outings offer everyone, regardless of their level, the chance to join a dynamic and welcoming group. The next trip is scheduled for Sunday 18 February in the Salève area of Alta Savoia, followed by a tour of the French Giura in March and the Vallese in April.
