For festive refreshments:

- White, red, champagne, cocktails, beer for the liquid.

- Pizzas, asparagus and dried meat, asparagus velouté, tomato bites, for solid food.

As far as the route is concerned, the firstThis part of the route is made up of false flats to warm up the legs before the beautiful little downhill straights at the end. The route passes through some delightful little villages and through apricot and strawberry fields.

The organisation of the start and finish was top-notch. As for the atmosphere at the refreshment posts and the quantity of refreshments, there's still room for improvement.
