Course des Hermones - An autumn classic in the heart of the Chablais region
Nestling between lake and mountains Hermones race is a not-to-be-missed event for nature lovers at the end of the season. Organised at Lyaud, This friendly event, held in a charming village perched high above Thonon-les-Bains, features hilly, accessible routes through forests, country lanes and panoramic views of the Chablais region. With distances to suit all profiles - experienced runners and beginners alike - the event combines village spirit, meticulous organisation and sport in the great outdoors.
The routes

Long course - 12.5 km / 350 m D+ (over 350 m)
Starts at 9.30am. A dynamic and varied route, alternating gradual climbs, fast descents and balcony paths. Ideal for short trail runners or road runners looking for variety and pace. -
Short course - 8.2 km / 140 m D+ (gradient)
Departure at 9.50 am. A loop accessible to all, perfect for a refresher, a personal challenge or simply to enjoy the trails without pressure. Just a few kilometres of pleasure and scenery.
