How do I customise my programme?
Once you have chosen your programme, you will receive a detailed questionnaire to fill in. On this basis, a discussion is organised with the Alan referral coach to tailor your plan precisely to your level, your objectives and your personal constraints.
What happens immediately after my purchase?
As soon as your payment has been validated, Alan, our coordinator, will contact you. They will help you open your account on the Nolio platform and gather your initial information to define the framework for your progress.
What is the Discovery Pack?
This is a unique offer to 39 CHF to test our support for a month. It includes the initial discussion and your first personalised plan. It's the ideal way to discover our method without any long-term commitment.
Nutrition & Balance
Is it a restrictive diet or a miracle diet?
Absolutely not. Our approach is miracle anti-regime. We don't follow a single theory (ketogenic or otherwise). Julie and Olivier draw on their professional experience to offer a range of solutions. personalised rebalancing based on your morphology and your real needs, without frustrating prohibitions.
What's the difference between Julie and Olivier?
Julie Augustin is a nutritionist, dietician and micro-nutrition specialist with extensive experience in triathlon/trail. Olivier Rey is a dietary hygiene coach using the Dynaform method. Alan will help you choose the practitioner best suited to your profile after analysing your initial questionnaire.
Is it still worth adjusting my nutrition a month before my race?
Yes, it's even strategic. One month allows you to give it a boost to your body, adjust your intake of essential nutrients and validate your digestive strategy to avoid unforeseen events on the big day.
How does the one-month nutritional follow-up work?
The package includes complete initial work-up (direct or online) to set your objectives. You will then benefit from 4 weekly meetings remote control. The plan is personalised after the first exchange and adjusted after each follow-up session.
Are the targets set guaranteed?
We guarantee professional and rigorous support. However, the results depend on your compliance with the practitioner's instructions and your own metabolism. It's a team effort between you and your chosen expert.
