How do I customise my programme?
Once you have chosen your programme, you will receive a detailed questionnaire to fill in. On this basis, an e-mail or WhatsApp exchange (depending on the package chosen) is organised with the Alan referral coach to tailor your plan precisely to your level, your objectives and your personal constraints.
What happens immediately after my purchase?
As soon as your payment has been validated, Alan, our referral coach, will contact you. They will help you open your account on the Nolio platform and gather your initial information to define the framework for your progress.
How do I get in touch with my coach?
After an initial discussion of your objectives, Alan will organise direct contact with your dedicated coach. This expert will design your sessions and provide regular follow-up in accordance with the terms of your pack.
Is it suitable if I'm just starting out in running?
Absolutely. Our qualified coaches design specific progressive plans for beginners. The aim is to build a solid foundation, to learn the right moves and to progress without injury.
I don't have a connected watch, is that a problem?
Not at all. If you don't have a watch, you can receive your personalised programme directly by e-mail or PDF format. You can view your sessions on your phone or print them out.
What is the Discovery Pack?
This is a unique offer to 39 CHF to test our support for a month. It includes the initial discussion and your first personalised plan. It's the ideal way to discover our method without any long-term commitment.
Why are there price differences between the packages?
The difference lies in the level of support and responsiveness :
- Essential Monthly follow-up by e-mail.
- Performance : Adjustments every 15 days and WhatsApp follow-up.
- Premium : Weekly adaptation of the plan and ongoing WhatsApp exchanges.
The higher the formula, the more frequently the coach intervenes to keep up with your state of fitness.
Can I prepare for a specific goal (time trial, marathon, trail)?
Yes, that's our speciality. Using the questionnaire, we draw up a programme that best suits your needs. time or distance objective. Our coaches use their expertise to optimise your preparation; your regularity and compliance with the instructions will do the rest to achieve your goal.
