📍 Departure Centre Volodalen - Rue de la Baumettaz 2, 1023 Crissier
📅 Every Wednesday at 7.00 pm
🕖 Please arrive a little early to drop off your belongings and be ready to race at 7.00 p.m.

💬 The concept :

- 1-hour outing in cool jogging mode, with several level groups
- Nature trail in the Genoud Wood
- Run supervised by the Léman Running community - no structured coaching
- You can leave your belongings at the centre, toilets and changing rooms on site

🎯 Conditions of participation :

- For the weekly runs, you need to have the membership card (Léman Running Passport - CHF 14.90/year)
- A single entry is required to be added to the WhatsApp group
→ The group allows you to follow the news, ask questions and get organised each week

- Presence of the Volodalen team, available to discuss their approach to the movement
