"J'irai courir / trail chez toi" is a series of sporting events that allow you to discover our members' favourite spots, by running or walking.

Who is it?
Organised by Thando and Samuel, active members of Léman Running. A single group in trail-sport mode, with the possibility of doing two levels depending on the participants registered. The pace will be adapted, but each participant must be comfortable with the climbs and technical sections.

What is it?
A beautiful loop from Pueys via Le Niremont to the summit of the Moléson, with spectacular views of Lac de Gruyère and the Alps from the top.

• Climb through the Niremont, and after 3 km we're at the summit - first break and first photos!
• Descend to Ratvel, then climb through forest and alpine pastures towards Gros Plané.
• Take a break at Plan Francey, then, 3 km further on, begin the climb to the summit at 2002 m.
• Picnic break at the summit.
• Head for Teysachaux, 3 km across panoramic ridges.
• Descent beside Teysachaux.
• A well-deserved break at the Rathvel refreshment bar before returning to our cars.

How to find us :

🚆 By public transport Train to Châtel-St-Denis, then bus 492 to Les Rosalys + 2 km walk. Please let us know if you need to carpool or be picked up at the terminus.

🚗 By car A12 motorway, Châtel-St-Denis > Les Paccots exit.

What to expect:

🥪 Picnic + plenty of water
💰 A few francs for a drink at the summit restaurant
👟 Trail shoes, appropriate clothing for the weather, poles if necessary, spare in the car.
