J'irai rando chez Alessandro: Les Hauts de Branson

This walk is guided by Alessandro, founder of Léman Running. Open to all, this outing takes you through the heights of Branson on a varied itinerary.

Practical information

• Date Sunday 01 March.
• Appointments 11.00am at the car park (Route de Branson / Chemin Clos de la Follatères).
• Distance distance: 9 km.
• Vertical rise : +550 m.
• Duration Approximately 3h30 to 4h00, including picnic break.

Requius level: Good walker

This route requires regular physical fitness. The safety of the group is our priority; the organiser will assess your level according to your previous experience or directly on the ground. The organiser reserves the right to cancel a participant if the physical level is deemed insufficient for the outing.

Equipment and meals

• Compulsory equipment Hiking boots are essential, as the route is a mixture of footpaths and tarmac. Bring warm clothing and a change of clothes suitable for winter conditions. Walking poles are strongly recommended.
• Picnic Each participant brings his or her own meal for the break.

Registration and rates

• Léman Running Passport holders Free access.
• Non-members CHF 15, subject to availability.

Registration is compulsory and limited to 20 people.
