Sunday 28 January marked the start of our series of "J'irai courir/rando chez toi" activities, organised by the Léman Running community. The idea is an exciting one: members of our community take us out to explore their favourite trails. For this first edition, Valérie and Frédéric were brilliant in their role as guides. They took us on a tour of the "La Nocturne des loups"scheduled for 9 February in this magnificent valley.

We were joined by dynamic members of the footing club in the Vallée de Joux, which enabled us to form a third group suited to different levels of ability. There was something for everyone on the 10km course, with 350 metres of ascent and descent, ranging from hikes to discovery trails and advanced trails. Despite the absence of snow, there was plenty of sunshine and good humour. These monthly outings offer everyone, whatever their level, the opportunity to join a dynamic and welcoming group. The next outing is scheduled for Sunday 18 February in the Salève sector of Haute-Savoie, followed by a trip to the French Jura in March and the Valais in April. These outings are free for holders of the Annual Pass, available for CHF 14.90/year.
