VeyziaTrail - The nature and family trail in Veyziat
In the heart of the Ain, the VeyziaTrail is an event on a human scale that combines sport, conviviality and remarkable landscapes. With its varied routes, treasure hunt for children and friendly atmosphere, it attracts both experienced runners and families looking for an active day out. New this year: a new starting point at the Veyziat football stadium, and new routes along the potholes of Samognat and the banks of the lake.

A demanding and varied route with rolling sections, technical descents and a 400m climb to the Pierre du Curé lookout.
2 refreshment points (km 15 & km 25) -
Trail 22 km | 660 m D+
A well-balanced loop with sections over the Samognat dam, a final climb to the lookout point and a dynamic return.
2 refreshment points (km 8.5 & km 18.5) -
Trail / Rando 11 km | 200 m D+ (over 200 m)
An accessible course with a gradual climb, a mid-race refreshment point and a smooth descent to the finish.
1 feed station (km 5.5) -
5 km & 8 km hikes
Perfect for solo, duo or family walks on wooded paths and quiet stretches.
