💬 The concept :

- A loop of 3.6 km on the green route, to be done 1, 2 or 3 times depending on your desire and your level.
- Supervision by community runners, no professional coaching
- Every other week, at the end : 15-minute self-massage workshop with Jonathan Laurentin (Recovery Sport Performance)
- Free with the Léman Running Passport (CHF 14.90/year). The price is given in CHF, as Léman Running is based in Switzerland.
- Maintained even in the rain, except for thunderstorms or torrential rain

👟 Practical information :

- All levels welcome - beginners can walk and run, but will not be coached
- Children aged 12 and over accompanied by a parent
- Registration required (once only) to join the WhatsApp group
- Reserved for registered members only ; small children and pets not recommended
