Léman Running Affinity: Meeting people in motion

Special 44-54 and 55-65

In 2025, we organised 39 walks and helped to train over 30 couples. The concept focuses on natural and authentic encounters through walking in nature.

The concept

Seven men and seven women in each age group meet on the course. The rotation system means you can change partners regularly. Pairs are only exchanged within your age category (44-54 or 55-65).

At the end of the outing, you tell the organiser who you would like to see again. If the interest is mutual, the contact details are shared.

Exchanging contacts

Alessandro, the organiser and guide, will pass on the contact details. It is imperative not to contact other participants directly during the outing.

Technical details: Arboretum (Aubonne, VD)

This is a “mini rando” version with a focus on discussion.

• Course Approximately 6 km with 170 m of ascent.
• Duration Approximately 1h20 of actual walking.
• Difficulty : No major difficulties, but you need to be comfortable walking to keep up with the group while chatting.
• Equipment : Appropriate walking shoes, layered clothing.
• Meals No picnic planned. A small aperitif will be offered at the end to encourage the two groups to get to know each other better.

• Other age groups :We regularly offer other dates. Consult the calendar.
• Level required You need to be able to walk 6 km with a slight gradient while maintaining a conversation.
• Rate The price covers organisation, supervision, logistics, accident insurance and the aperitif. It also guarantees that all entries are genuine.
• Cancellation No refunds or credit notes will be issued for any reason whatsoever. The outing will be maintained in the event of rain and postponed only in the event of a major weather risk.
• Dogs Animals are not permitted for the comfort and safety of all.
• Inclusion These outings are aimed at heterosexuals. For LGBTQIA+ activities, we recommend Frontrunners Geneva.

Involvement of participants

• Status and state of mind You declare that you are single. You are taking part in a spirit of goodwill and openness, and confirm that you are physically fit enough to do so.
• Health You certify that you are in good health and fit for the physical effort described.
• Security An identity document is required on registration and will be kept for a maximum of 30 days.
• Respect Any inappropriate or insistent behaviour will result in immediate exclusion.
