After two editions based around Villars, this year the challenge is being extended to include routes starting from Gryon and Bex.<\/p>\n<p>Runners are invited to complete one or more loops between 1 July and 30 September. By registering their time on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/clubs\/941658\">Strava<\/a>They will also be included in the virtual rankings and have the chance to win one of the many prizes drawn at the end of the season from among the participants. The race also earns points towards the L\u00e9man Running trophy.<\/p>\n<h4>The routes<\/h4>\n<p>There are three loops of varying levels:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Villars<\/strong>12 km and 945 m ascent via Grand Chamossaire\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/routes\/3244969007129985472\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Villars course on Strava<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gryon<\/strong>12 km and 645 m ascent with the superb hamlet of Taveyanne\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/routes\/3244957338082244032\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gryon course on Strava<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bex<\/strong>An easier 9 km route with a 360 m gradient through the surrounding hills and vineyards.\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/routes\/3244962144670279984\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bex course on Strava<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>How can I take part?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Register at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/clubs\/941658\">club Strava Alpes vaudoises trail<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Carries out one or more routes between 1 July and 30 September.<\/li>\n<li>Register your time on Strava to appear in the rankings and be in with a chance of winning a fantastic prize drawn at the end of the season (1 route covered = 1 chance of winning).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The routes are lightly signposted (pink \"Challenge Trail\" stickers).
