In January 2024, the L\u00e9man Running Club will launch three weekly groups in Nyon, Ginebra and Morges. Each group, run by qualified instructors, is suitable for intermediate and advanced runners and focuses on improving performance.<\/p>\n\n

  3. L\u00e9man Running Club Nyon<\/strong> <\/a>- Jasper McDowell will lead this group every Tuesday at the Stade de Colovray, focusing on a variety of sessions to develop the team's technical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
