After a Bachelor's degree in economics, I started my career in tax and consulting with a Big Four company. I then acquired skills in public administration and team management in an international company, where I learned about resilience, stress and strategic projects. But I wanted a more direct link with human performance.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Ice hockey has been my passion since childhood. As team captain, I learnt how to manage pressure, motivate a group and push my limits. This experience sparked my interest in mental preparation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
