Carolyn Weston (Brown)

Specialist in LYT yoga (yoga based on the principles of physiotherapy). I teach yoga, mobility, breathing and biomechanics with a focus on the triathlon disciplines: running, cycling and swimming.

My classes are designed to help athletes improve their performance by recovering better, breathing better and moving better. Working on improved mobility and posture helps to avoid injury and allows you to excel, while feeling better.

I continue to challenge myself in the world of sport, and I continue to train every year to keep up to date with constantly evolving methods.
